George spent the first few years working as a professional SCUBA diving instructor/commerical skipper until he was lucky enough to secure a working sponsorship visa on the Sunshine Coast.
Shortly after, George obtained his Pernament Residency Visa and went on to work as an Outdoor Educator for multiple private schools around Queensland. It was also around this time that George was set to row across the North Atlantic Ocean until COVID, unfortunately, caused him to postpone.
After years of hard work and determination, George became an Australian Citizen on Australia Day! This has now led him to finally fulfil a lifelong dream of joining the Australian military.
