Born in Vancouver, Quinson spent most of his early years in Hong Kong before heading back to Vancouver for a year prior to arriving at Oswestry School.

While at School, Quinson was a multi-talented student. He was a Prefect for Burnaby House, played piano in assemblies, won the Music Prize, played for the football 1st XI, and won both academic and sports scholarships.

Having left Oswestry, Quinson headed to university and then returned to Hong Kong. Deciding to read Law, Quinson became a barrister in Hong Kong in 2013. He lives there with his wife and 4 year-old son.

While in London Quinson met up with old school pal Owen Evans, and had dinner with Andrew Carter in Oswestry.
