Poppy's new signing to The New Saints FC

Rising football star Poppy Kendrick Jones OO (2018-24) joins Welsh Premier football club The New Saints.

Huge contratulations to former Oswestry School pupil Poppy Kendrick-Jones who has signed with New Saints Women U21s for the 2024/25 season. Poppy has previously enjoyed success with Everton, Liverpool, and Wolverhampton Wanderers and is looking forward to playing for her 'home' club. 

She kicked off her debut match this month with a cracking goal against Stoke City Women U21s, helping to secure a win at The New Saints home ground at Park Hall. Full match report here: Match report
