2010's OOs

Air Specialist (Class 1) Technician Siân Grice (2009-18), a member of the legendary 617 "Dambusters" Squadron, has returned to RAF Marham via her hometown after five months at sea with the Royal Navy's flagship carrier, HMS Prince of Wales.

The deployment was part of Operation Highmast, a massive multinational mission. It's taking the UK Carrier Strike Group to the Indo-Pacific, with stops in the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Asia.

On board, Siân's squadron was a core component of the carrier's air wing, with a fleet of 18 F-35 Lightning jets. They conducted exercises with global allies, including major drills with forces from the United States, Japan, and Australia, and training with the navies of India, Indonesia, and Singapore.
