David Lewis (1979-81) returned to school after 40 years

David has had an exciting and varied career since leaving Oswestry in 1981.

1980's OOs

Having been a boarder in School House and a member of Burnaby House, David then went to Pangbourne College and from there joined the Navy. 

A qualified fencing coach, David fenced in the Navy and for the GB U21 team. When he left in 2012 he was flying the British built twin-enginned Lynx helicopters.

Now living in Monaco, David is managing director of BAS Sarl, an established Aircraft Sales Company and Aviation Consultancy Business, specialising in "off-market" business jets, helicopters and commercial aircraft.
