This year’s event, with a ‘Tropical Disco’ theme, will be held on Saturday, 5th July, and promises to be a vibrant celebration to mark the end of the school year.

The Summer Ball is a much-anticipated highlight in our calendar, bringing together around 300 guests, including Upper Sixth students, parents, staff, Governors, Old Oswestrians, and friends of the school from near and far.

To make the evening even more special, we are inviting local businesses to sponsor a table at the event. Sponsorship is just £150 per table, and in return, your business will receive excellent promotional opportunities, including:

• Evening Presence: Your company logo will be featured prominently on the evening’s table plan, and one table will be randomly selected to showcase your branding on the table itself. You’re also very welcome to include promotional materials, branded gifts, or table favours – in previous years these have included everything from pens to luxury test drive vouchers!
• Brand Visibility: Your logo will appear on all event marketing materials, including posters, social media promotions, and the official event programme.
• Acknowledgment: Sponsors will be publicly thanked during the evening and in our post-event communications.
• Media Coverage: We’ll highlight your support in our media outreach, recognising your contribution and commitment to our school community.
